Tonight, Wednesday 30 January, we will get the last sample of what Norway has to offer for the Eurovision Song Contest 2013. The songs taking part in each of the three heats are being presented in a special show from the host city on each Wednesday.

The programme

MGP Direkte is the name of the show and it will present the seven songs from the third heat of Melodi Grand Prix (MGP) for the first time. The show will be hosted by Jenny Skavlan and Erik Solbakken, the latter hosted the 2010 Eurovision Song Contest. The artists to be revealed will compete in the third heat in Larvik.

Three songs will qualify for the Norwegian final from each heat, and one wildcard will still make it from those that did not make it from the heats, making the total number of songs in the Oslo final to ten.
