NDR, the German national broadcaster has annouced that 2 former Eurovision winners will be performing at the forthcoming 2013 German Eurovision national final Unser Song Fur Malmö on 14 February.
Lena the 2010 German Eurovision winner and Loreen the Swedish 2012 Eurovision winner will be treating the German audience with the best of their music next month in Hannover, when they take the stage at the TUI Arena in Hannover during the 2013 German national final. A total of 12 acts will battle for the golden ticket to Malmö: Ben Ivory, Betty Dittrich, Blitzkids mvt., Cascada, Finn Martin, La Brass Banda, Mia Diekow, Mobilée, Nica & Joe, Die Priester feat. Mojca Erdmann, Saint Lu and die Söhne Mannheims. The show will be produced by NDR in collaboration with Brainpool. NDR will announce the names of the special jury in due course.
Anke Engelke will have the honour of hosting the German national final next month. Anke is no new face to the Eurovision Song Contest as she co hosted the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest with Stefan Raab and Judith Rakers. In 2012 she had the honour of announcing the German votes at the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest.
