While this year's representatives Chiara, Selma and Helena Paparizou will be making their second appearance at the Eurovision Song Contest, Cypriot representative Constantinos Christoforou will be there for the third time. Esctoday.com had an interview with him.

Constantinos Christoforou made his first appearance at the Eurovision Song Contest in 1996, finishing 9th with the ballad Mono gia mas. More recently, in 2002, Constantinos was the lead singer of the boy band ONE, which finished 6th in Tallinn with the song Gimme.

Esctoday.com interviewed Constantinos Christoforou and took a look back in time. We talked about his internal selection and the song selection show in which the Cypriot audience decided which song Constantinos would perform in Kyiv.

Furthermore the Cypriot representative told us more about his song Ela ela and the international tour that should promote his Eurovision Song Contest entry and of course he also has his own opinion on the Cypriot – Greek relations.

The interview with Constantinos Christoforou can be found in the specials section of esctoday.com. Pictures taken on his promotion tour can be found in our multimedia gallery.
