Today it's the second day of delegation heads meeting in Kiev, where representatives of the participating countries meet in to discuss the preparations of the 2005 Eurovision Song Contest.

During the traditional heads of delegations meeting, the organisation of the upcoming Eurovision Song Contest will be discussed. Meanwhile, the delegation heads get the opportunity to look around at the host city and to meet the people involved with the organisation. Meanwhile, it's the last opportunity for broadcasters to submit their entry for the upcoming contest.
