Tonight the first of two semi-finals will air in Lithuania. Nine acts will compete for four places in the final.

The show

This is first semi-final, eighth of ten shows in total,  leading up to the Lithuanian final on 20 December. The 9 acts will sing one song each, and there will be a combination of audience and jury voting. Four acts will qualify from each heat, but LRT also reserve the right to give wildcards for two more acts. So the final will have a minimum of 8 acts.
