Laura & The Lovers won the televoting organised by Lithuanian broadcaster LRT. Only Alanas Chosnau could finish closely behind the winner with the song Light up the world. Little by little is a composition Bobby Ljungren and Billy Butt submitted using their international pseudonyms R. Young and B. Nielsen.

About a month ago, esctoday.com talked about Little by little with its Swedish composer duo. “The song 'Little by little' was originally intended for Amberlife,” they revealed. “But after last year's voting scandal in the Lithuanian final, the Lithuanian record company didn’t want Amberlife to participate anymore this year.

And so they looked for other artists to perform the song. “We found Laura Cepukaite and I invented the group name 'Laura and the Lovers'. We recorded the song in Stockholm in November last year. We believe that Laura is a great singer and she has the possibility to make it. If she would win the Lithuanian Eurovision Song Contest selections, she will have all of Europe at her feet.
