This year's Israeli national final, Kdam-Eurovision, will be transmitted over the internet in the IBA's official website.

A special broadcast from the Kdam's 'red carpet' will commence 30 minutes before the show goes on air on IBA on March 2nd from Jerusalem. This special broadcast from the red carpet will be exclusively broadcast on the IBA's official website and will feature interviews with the artists, during their last preparations for the show. The Kdam-Eurovision itself will also have a webcast on the IBA's website. This webcast, however, will not be live and will commence immediately after the show ends on IBA's Channel 1.

The IBA promises this national final to be the biggest Kdam ever seen, especially since it will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Eurovision Song Contest. The traditional clips between the 14 entries will mark magical and amusing scences from past Eurovision Song Contests and will combine video and animation works of the same artist who created the 1999 Eurovision Song Contest 'postcards'. Among the classical Eurovision moments will be Spain's sound problem in 1990 and the embarrassing moments at the end of the 1967 voting in Austria. The 2004 Eurovision winner, Ruslana, is said to have an act in this Kdam-Eurovision although the IBA hasn't confirmed that yet. An official statement in this matter is expected to be issued this week.
