Approximately 2.6 million people saw Malene winning the Danish Melodi Grand Prix. That's 49% of the total population.

The popularity of the Eurovision Song Contest increased enormous after last year's contest in Kopenhagen.

160.000 people voted for one of the Melodi Grand Prix participant. A huge majority voted for Malene her song 'Vis mig, hvem du er'. It will be translated as 'Tell me, who you are'.

The songwriter, Michael Ronson, said that he already wrote the song in English. The Romanian songwriter is already wide famous in his home country and the Danes already expect to get the 12 points from Romania.
