Three time Eurovision Maltese representative Chiara signed a record deal with Hands-Up Music. The Maltese popular artist undergone a full make over and released a new single entitled Forget forgetting me. The team behind the song are two Swedes, two Icelandic and Maltese prolific author Gerard James Borg. The producer of the song mastered in Iceland is Orlygur Smari.
Chiara stated that this new release will embark her on new material set to be released in the upcoming months. Another single is planned to come out soon. The singer nearly won the Eurovision Song Contest in 1998 when Malta and Israel were head to head before the last country voted. In the end Chiara finished third in 1998 and second in 2005. In her last participation three years ago, Chiara failed to impress. She managed to qualify to the final but she couldn’t finish better than 22nd.
