The last participants in the Norwegian Melodi Grand Prix 2005 has been revealed. Seppo is a duo consisting of two old childhood comrades, Tor Endresen and Are Selheim. The title of their song is Can you hear me. Tor Endresen was Norway’s participant at the Eurovision Song Contest in 1997 with the song San Francisco, which ended 24th.

Seppo was formed last year and their debut album Retrofeeliaz featuring the songs Slide Down The rainbow and Yksi kaksi gave them hits on the Norwegian charts. Thanks to that Seppo has now been invited by Norwegian broadcaster NRK to participate in Melodi Grand Prix. The song Can you hear me can be described as a sort of prayer for light for people who are unhappy.

Tor Endresen and Are Selheim had a band together when they were young in the 70’s, called White Rock. For many reasons they had to split up. They continued with their music careers on their own but kept a dream of forming a band together again. Other projects in life stopped their plans until last year when they formed Seppo. The name stands for Selheim & Endresens Pop Project

With Seppo all finalists in Norway has now been revealed. The participant list in Melodi Grand Prix 2005 is as follows:
