RSI, the Swiss Italian national broadcaster has informed Esctoday.com that the well known Swiss radio presenter Pablo Creti will host the 2013 Swiss Italian Eurovision regional final on 23 October. The regional final will not be televised like last year but will be aired on the Swiss Italian radio Rete 3. This radio channel is targeted to the younger generation, hence has many young listeners.

The 2013 Swiss Italian Eurovision regional final will be aired at 9pm on 23  October from Lugano, on Rete 3 and 7 acts will compete in their quest to qualify for the Swiss national which is scheduled to be held on 15  December. 2 acts will qualify for the Swiss 2013 Eurovision national final via a televoting deliberation. RSI informed Esctoday.com that it received between 25- 30 entries. 6 were selected by the jury and the 7th act was a Wildcard, the winner of the “Fattore voce” show.

  • Marilise – Nobody
  • Ally – Catch me
  • Chiara Dubey – Bella sera
  • Vanda Palma – La farfalla va
  • Sohaila – But who
