After tonight, we will be able to add two more names to the participants list of the 2005 Eurovision Song Contest. Both Denmark and Bulgaria will be holding their national finals.

Chi Hua Hua will open Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2005 with Uhh la la la. The song has been written by Jan Lysdahl and Søren Poppe (singer of Rollo & King, Denmark 2001 – Never ever let you go). The Olsen Brothers, the winners of the Eurovision Song Contest in 2000, will try to qualify for Kiev with the song Little yellow radio.

Melodi Grand Prix 2005 starts at 20.00 CET and will be broadcast live over internet on DR's Melodi Grand Prix website.

The final selection of the Bulgarian song for the 2005 Eurovision Song Contest will be made tonight in Sofia. During the show, broadcast live on BNT, the audience shall vote by phone or by sms for one of the 12 songs. The winner will represent Bulgaria in the semifinal of the 2005 Eurovision Song Contest in Kiev.
