A spectacular Eurovision tour will kick-off in Ireland in October gathering all the former Irish winners in a special performance of their best hits.  Such names as Johnny Logan, Niamh Kavanagh, Dana, Linda Marin, Charlie McGettigan and Paul Harrington will grace the stage together for the first time.

The tour will kick-off in October and will feature all the Eurovision hits so the Irish people will remember their spectacular victories achieved in Europe’s favorite TV show. Ireland won the Eurovision Song Contest seven times and holds the record of the most victories. They also hold the record for the only one Eurovision winner that managed to win the contest twice. Johnny Logan won the contest in 1980 and 1987 and one more time as a composer in 1992 when he was behind the winning song performed by Linda Martin.

The first date of the tour was confirmed today. The citizens of Cork will enjoy the spectacular show on October 22nd at the Cork Opera House.

I was born on March 27th 1992 in Bucharest, Romania. When I was 13 years old, I watched the 2005 Eurovision Song Contest accidentally and since then I have been a big fan of this amazing European celebration. I'm working for Esctoday.com since 2006 and I'm very proud to be part of this wonderful team.
