Two more finalists for the Norwagian Eurovision Song Contest selections can be added to the list. Both Jorun Erdal and Kathrine Strugstad have been selected to participate in Melodi Grand Prix 2005.

Jorun Erdal can look back on a artistic career of 20 years and participated in Melodi Grand Prix before. In 2000, the year Charmed won in Norway, Jorun Erdal finished fourth with Another you. This year, she will participate with I am rock 'n roll, a song written by Swedish composer Claes Andreasson.

Another finalist for Melodi Grand Prix is Kathrine Strugstad, an artist who performed in musicals such as Evita and Grease and in opera shows like Carmen and Batman. In this year's Norwegian final, Kathrine Strugstad will sing the song Velvet blue, written by Arve Furset (composer of Jostein's I'm not afraid to move on) and Gerard James Borg (lyricist for the Maltese entries Desire, 7th wonder and On again… off again).
