The 2012 Eurovision winner Lorreen from Sweden was given a hero’s welcome today. Thousands of Swedes went to meet her and got the chance to watch the Swedish winner perform her winning entry Euphoria. The Swedish delegation arrived in Stockholm late Monday night from Baku.

Loreen won the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest last Saturday with a land slide victory, thus marking Sweden’s 5th Eurovision victory. Sweden has won the Eurovision Song Contest in 1974 with ABBA, in 1984 with Herreys, in 1991 with Carola, in 1999 with Charlotte Perelli.
