The EBU Executive Supervisor has decided to grant Ukraine another 15 minutes of rehearsal time, owing to technical issues they experienced during their second rehearsal. It has also been announced that the EBU press conference will now take place on Wednesday at 13.30 CET (16.30 Baku time).
