The Israeli broadcaster IBA released a shortlist of participants in the upcoming Kdam-Eurovision today, confirming an internal dispute within the Pick family.

The Israeli broadcaster IBA released the most probable shortlist for the Kdam-Eurovision, which is scheduled for the last week of February: Michal Amdorsky (4th in the 2001 Kdam), Amir Fay-Gutman, Zehava Ben (Last in the 1992 Kdam), Samir Shukri (3rd in the 1996 Kdam), Rinat Bar, Rinat Gabay and Shiri Maymon.

The shortlist also includes Tzvika Pik who composed Diva, the 1998 Eurovision Song Contest winner, performing on his own, making this the sixth time he takes part in the national selection. Despite that, Pik's daughters, Sharona and Daniela, will also participate in the contest, which is their way of making public a new conflict between them and their father.

The artists who turned down IBA's proposal to perform are: Maya Buskila, Roni, Ninet, Harel Ska'at and Harel Moyal. The last three are former winners of Kohav Nolad (Israel's Star Academy).
