Junior: Second day of rehearsals

Nothing but good news from Lillehammer. The second half of the participating countries rehearsed today and despite some small problems, all went fine again. The best news however concerns the weather. It has started snowing and Lillehammer has turned into a winter wonderland…

The rehearsals started at 10.00 CET this morning. Belarusian representative Egor Volchek was the first to get on stage, surrounded by his balerinas. The Belarusians brought along a choreographer, who carefully looked on if everything went perfect. A similar situation in the Latvian delegation… Good is not good enough, it should be perfect next Saturday!

Although Croatian representative Nika was suffering from a sore throat, she was smiling and sounded very confident and although Brittish singer Cory Spedding looked quite small behind her piano, that feeling was over soon when she started singing and impressed with her voice.

Liselotte from Sweden felt a little sick, but that was over soon and together with Anna she gave the best of herself. As Junioreurovision.tv reports, their act reminds a bit of a former Swedish Eurovision Song Contest winner…

The Danish Cool Kids, Spanish María Isabel and her flamenco dancers and the three Belgians from Free Spirits made the people in the Haakons Hall clap their hands and jumping in the air, after which Romanian representative Noni stunned the crowd with his powerful voice.

Tomorrow the first dress rehearsal will take place without audience between 16.00 and 18.30 CET. Later at night, as of 20.15 CET, the second dress rehearsal will be attended by press and audience and for the first time the voting procedure will be rehearsed.
