According to OGAE Germany, it is almost certain that Moldova will participate at next year's Eurovision Song Contest in Kiev. Bulgaria however is said to miss out another year.

According to the media in Moldova, it is almost certain that the country will participate at next year's Eurovision Song Contest in Kiev. Moldova contacted the European Broadcasting Union and the only things that are left to clear out are some financial issues.

The national broadcaster Teleradio-Moldova already announced that a national final with televoting will be organized in case Moldova participates next year.

Bulgaria however is said to miss out another year. National broadcaster BNT gave no explication on its decision.
