The winner of the Eurovision Song Contest 2004, Ruslana, is moving to live in Kiev's Podil region to a two bedroom apartment.
Along with the keys to her new apartment Kiev Mayor Oleksandr Omelchenko presented Ruslana the Kiev Mayor�s Symbol of esteem.

After the ceremony of rewarding Ruslana asserted that Kiev is able to host the Eurovision Song Contest 2005. �Kiev is the city that will make the whole world fall in love with it.� And awaiting this to happen Ruslana can now enjoy the splendid view of the Dnieper river through the window of her new apartment, the bank on which building work for a stadium which could be used for the contest of 2005 has already started.

Ruslana, in her final press conference in Turkey told journalists and the media, “Welcome to the Ukraine!”. Ruslana is making the up most effort to ensure that those coming to the Ukraine feel as welcome as possible and ensuring that her home nation is on track in regards to the organisation and presentation of the up and coming contest of 2005.
