Sakis Rouvas and his team have finished the shooting for the video of Shake it. The shooting took place on the Aegean island of Santorini and Sakis had to go through many ordeals in order to achieve the best possible result for his scenes.

Dancing on the edge of a cliff, climbing on an inaccessible hill and swimming in the cold April waters of the Aegean Sea; these were some of the tasks that the Greek singer had to undertake for the needs of his video. Smiling and dancing with characteristic ease on the wall of Oia castle, Sakis didnt seem to share his gathered fans and press apprehension of a dangerous cliff that lied behind him and lead all the way to the sea.

The uncomplicated story-line of the video sees Sakis and a bunch of friends having fun, playing with fireworks on the beach and dancing in a nightclub. The shooting took place at different locations of the volcanic island and its concept is to highlight the summer feeling of the song in a setting of dramatic natural beauty. The song has changed; it has become more Greek and I will give it a Greek identity, too. said Fokas Evaggelinos, the choreographer of the video.

With the video of his song complete, Sakis is about to embark on promotional appearances in Lithuania, Malta, France and the UK. His exprerience from his recent visit to Spain was not bad at all: “My impression from Spain was very good. It was great!”, the singer said.
