“In the final, all 36 countries will televote, a spokesperson from each country will present their points from 1-8, 10 and 12 (just like we are used to). The 36 countries present their points in alphabetic order, according to the so called ISO-alphabet”, Stockelius said.

If the points will be repeated in English and French is unsure yet: “If time allows it, we will repeat the points in English and French. We will see at the rehearsals of the spokespersons if it's possible”, Stockselius added.

During the semifinal, only the 33 countries that broadcast the show will vote, the numbers 11-22 appear on screen at once, the countries that end up among the first ten will not be announced in order of 1 to 10, but drawn from a bowl and fill up the ten open spots for the final.
