Yesterday we already confirmed that France sends Jonatan Cerrada, winner of the French Idols last year, to the 2004 Eurovision Song Contest. Today, the news reached us that Jonatan will sing Laissez-moi le temps, which means Give me time, in Istanbul.

Jonatan Cerrada will perform the song for the very first time on stage during his two live performances at L'Olympia in Paris, tomorrow and the day after. The song is an up-tempo song. The past years, France chose ballads for the contest.

Laissez-moi le temps will most likely be released in French, English and Spanish. The Eurovision Song Contest is back in France!
