Yesterday, the next female singer had to leave MusicStar, the Popidol-like show of German- speaking Switzerland. The best four singers of this competition will participate in the Swiss national final for the Eurovision Songcontest 2004.

After Sabrina Auer and Katy Winter, the third female vocalist left MusicStar, Tina Masafret (picture, courtesy of DRS SF) is no longer in the competition. The only male singer that had to leave the competition so far is Claudio Naef.

Six artists now remain in MusicStar: Daniela Brun, Sebastian Bürgin, Piero Esteriore, Carmen Fenk, Sergio Luvualu and Mario Pacchioli. As said, four of them will compete in the Swiss national final for the Eurovision Songcontest 2004.

Next Sunday, the next artist will be voted out of MusicStar.
