The organising team of the Estonian national final, Eurolaul 2004, has accepted the request made by the team behind one of the songs, Whatever You Say and has changed the running order of the final.
All the other teams agreed on the changes too and so the running order is now as follows:

3. Turn the tide – music by Priit Pajusaar, Glen Pilvre; lyrics by Maian Kärmas
4. Whatever You Say – music and lyrics by Pearu Paulus, Ilmar Laisaar, Alar Kotkas, Jana Hallas
5. I wanna stay – music and lyrics by Raid Liiver
6. Whenever blue – music and lyrics by Fred Krieger
7. Homme – music and lyrics by Maarja-Liis Ilus
8. Tii – music by Priit Pajusaar, Glen Pilvre; lyrics by Aapo Ilves
9. Beautiful inside – music and lyrics by Kerli Kõiv, Timo Vendt, Lauri Laubre
10. I'll give you a mountain – music and lyrics by Henrik Sethsson, Stig Lindell
The final will be held on 7th February in the studios of the Estonian broadcaster, ETV.
