Søren Torpegaard Lund, who proudly represented Denmark at the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 in Vienna, has unveiled an exciting new version of his entry. The Danish artist has released an English rendition of his Eurovision song, now titled ‘You Got Me (Før vi går hjem)’. This new track features a dynamic collaboration with the German electronic duo, twocolours.

Denmark’s Eurovision 2026 participant, Søren Torpegaard Lund, is keeping the momentum going with a fresh take on his acclaimed entry, ‘Før vi går hjem‘. The powerful Danish ballad, which captivated audiences at the contest, has now been reimagined in English as ‘You Got Me (Før vi går hjem)’.

This new release sees Søren Torpegaard Lund team up with the popular German DJ and production duo, twocolours, known for their distinctive electro-house sound. The collaboration breathes new life into the song, transforming it into a club-ready remix that retains the essence of the original while offering a fresh, international appeal.

 

‘Før vi går hjem’ earned Søren Torpegaard Lund the honour of representing Denmark after winning Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2026. The song, co-written by Lund himself alongside Clara Sofie Fabricius, Thomas Meilstrup, and Valdemar Littauer Bendixen, showcased Danish language on the Eurovision stage. Soren and Denmark achieved a 7th place in the Grand Final in Vienna.

The release of ‘You Got Me (Før vi går hjem)’ marks an exciting post-Eurovision development for Søren Torpegaard Lund, allowing his music to reach an even broader global audience with its new English lyrics and energetic production.
