SVT, the Swedish national broadcaster, has announced that Jakob Norrgard from KAJ will have the grand honour of announcing the Swedish votes at the Eurovision 2026 Grand Final.

The next country to reveal its spokesperson for Eurovision 2026 is none other than Sweden, Jakob Norrgard from KAJ (Sweden 2025) will be the Swedish spokesperson at the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 Grand Final.

KAJ represented Sweden at the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 in Basel with their mega hit ‘Bara bada bastu’, achieving an honorable 5th place in the competition.

Jakob Norrgard says:

It feels both honorable and a little surreal to be able to hand out Sweden’s twelve. It is truly a dream come true so I intend to do my utmost and maximize every second in the frame.
