Programme plans
In addition to the live shows, CyBC is enhancing its Eurovision offering with dedicated pre-show programmes. Before each of the semi-finals, a special show titled United by Music will be aired at 20:00 CET. Hosted by Andreas Anastasiou, Head of Media for Cyprus at Eurovision, the programme will feature guests sharing their own Eurovision stories and offering predictions ahead of the night’s performances.
Ahead of the Grand Final on 17 May, viewers can tune in to the show Eurovision 2025 – Lígo prin ton megálo telikó (Eurovision 2025 – Just before the grand final), also airing at 20:00 CET. The show will be hosted by Loukas Hamatsos, offering expert insights and a warm-up to the most anticipated night of the Eurovision week.
Loukas Hamatsos will also take on the prestigious role of announcing the results of the Cypriot jury during the Grand Final. A familiar face in this role, Loukas made his debut as spokesperson back in 2000 and will be making his 13th appearance this year.
