VAEB, the 2025 Icelandic Eurovision hopefuls, have released the Live Jazz version of their Eurovision entry ‘ROA’ in English.

VAEB were crowned the winners of the 2025 Icelandic national final Songvakepnnin and will have the grand honour of representing the Nordic nation at the upcoming Eurovision Song Contest 2025 in Basel with their entry ‘ROA’.

Iceland debuted at the Eurovision Song Contest in 1986 and is yet to win the event. The country achieved its best results in the competition in 1999 (Selma) and 2009 (Yohanna) when it placed 2nd in the Grand Final. The Nordic nation has partaken in Europe’s favorite television show 36 times.

In 2024 Eurovision Hera Björk represented Iceland in Malmö, Sweden, with the entry Scared of heights.
