The 2025 Swedish Eurovision entry will be determined via a combined 50/50 international jury and public voting deliberation. In the event of a tie between two songs, the song which has received the highest amount of votes by the audience will be awarded the Grand Prix.
SVT has disclosed the names of the countries which will make up the international juries:
- Switzerland
- Greece
- Lithuania
- Norway
- France
- Italy
- Serbia
- Ireland
Anders Wistbacka (Melodifestivalen 2025 Project Manager) says:
The international jury is a real asset to Melodifestivalen. Having music experts from our European neighbours help us select a winner gives us better chances in Eurovision.
A total of 12 acts will be battling tomorrow for the golden ticket to Eurovision 2025. The Grand Final of Melodifestivalen 2025 will be held at the Strawberry Arena in Stockholm and will be broadcast live on SVT 1 and SVT Play at 20:00 CET.
