Sergio Jaen, the internationally acclaimed Spanish director and producer has been appointed by CyBC to stage Theo Evan’s Eurovision entry in Basel.

Sergio Jaen is no new name to the Eurovision Song Contest as he was the man behind Bambie Thug‘s epic staging at the Eurovision Song Contest in Malmo.

He was responsible for the interval act ‘Time to Bloom’ at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2024 in Madrid. He has worked with international stars like Dua Lipa and has won many awards.

The multi facetted Spanish stage director and producer will be behind Theo Evan’s Eurovision 2025 staging in Basel.

Theo Evan was selected via an internal selection to represent Cyprus at the ESC 2025 in Switzerland.
