We are heading to the beautiful island of Malta tonight, for the Grand Final of the Malta Eurovision Song Contest 2025.

PBS, the Maltese national broadcaster and Malta are gearing up in full steam for the forthcoming Eurovision Song Contest 2025.

About the show

A total of 16 acts will be battling for the golden ticket to Eurovision 2025 in Basel, Switzerland. The show will be held at the  MFCC in Ta’ Qali and will be hosted by Pauline Agius, Davide Tucci and Valentina Rossi.

About MESC 2025

Malta will be selecting its Eurovision act and entry for 2025 via its traditional national selection – Malta Eurovision Song Contest (MESC). MESC 2025 consists of three televised shows ( 2 semi-finals and a Grand Final).  The semi-finals were held on 4 and 6 February. The Maltese national final will be held on 8 February 2025  at MFCC in Ta’ Qali.

A total of 24 songs competed in the semi-finals ( 12 songs in each semi-final), the top 8 songs from each semi-final have qualified to the Grand Final. Hence a total of 16 songs will battle for the golden ticket to Eurovision 2025.

The 2025 Maltese Eurovision entry will be determined via a combined jury/public televoting deliberation.
