The Cypriot broadcaster CyBC has announced that songs for the national final can be submitted until 2 January, 2004.
A jury will decide which songs will appear in the final which will be broadcasted live on radio and television. The selection of the winning song will be made using televoting.
In previous years, Cyprus selected its Eurovision Song Contest entry internally.
