One of the main focuses is placed at solving the traffic problems. It is no news that in major cities traffic-jams are part of life, but for the Eurovision Song Contest, it is important the athmosphere is good.

Some voices also say that it's not very important to finish all the work before May. Executive of the office of Cultural Heritage in Tallinn Agne Trummal sayed:” When Eurovision comes, it would be not very bad idea to show the visitors Tallinn as developing and constructing city”.
