The 2010 Belgian representative Tom Dice who achieved an honourable 6th placing for Belgium at the 2010 Eurovision Song Contest in Oslo, with his song Me and my guitar, is back on the scene. Tom has released the videoclip of Ils nous faut, a song he sings in duet with Elisa Tovati. The videoclip has been filmed in Iceland.
