OGAE Rest of the world votes for the OGAE 2011 poll being presented today. Surprisingly, the 12 points are for Poland while the 10 points go to France. New entries in the overal ranking table are Ukraine, Iceland and Georgia while France takes the lead again leaving United Kingdom 2nd and Sweden 3rd.
