The Sammarinese public broadcaster SMRTV have released the official preview video for their 2011 Eurovision entry Stand by. In the clip, the representative Senit appears in a snowy San Marino and performing in a music bar.

San Marino returns to the Eurovision Song Contest after their debut in 2008 with MiOdio. The country is determined to qualify for the final this year with Senit and the song Stand by. The singer, born in Bologna of Eritrean descent, was internally chosen by the public broadcaster SMRTV.

San Marino will compete in the second half of the first semifinal of the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest, to be held on May 10th.
