Cyprus: Ivi Adamou releases Diko Mou featuring Stavento

Cyprus’ Eurovision 2012 representative Ivi Adamou has presented the music video for her single Diko mou, a collaboration with Greek rap formation Stavento.

Diko mou (Δικό Μου, “My own” or “Mine”) by Ivi Adamou is a fresh pop song, enriched by Ivi’s sultry vocals and spiced up with rap lyrics by her partner Michalis “METH” Kouinelis from hip-hop group Stavento.

There’s a special chemistry between the two artists and that’s no wonder: Michalis Kouinelis is Ivi’s partner and father of the singers’ baby daughter, who was born a few months back, on 12 June!

Michalis Kouinelis composed and wrote Diko mou, the music video was directed by George Mpenioudakis. The song was released by EMI and Panik Records. You may enjoy the song’s video clip below, while you can also listen and download the song here.

Ivi Adamou (Agia Napa, Famagusta, Cyprus, 1993) is a Greek Cypriot singer. She represented Cyprus at the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest in Baku, Azerbaijan, with the up-tempo song La la love. The artist eventually placed 16th with 65 points in the Grand Final.
