Beyond any doubt, their preparations for their upcoming taking to the stage of Altice Arena are in full swing. However and to their great honor, the 2018 Sanmarinese representatives Jessika and Jenifer Brening have announced that their Eurovision journey will also be characterized by strong charity action.
The initiative of the two artists comes true in cooperation with The Diana Award charity, dedicated to the late Princess Diana and her vision that young people can change the world. Up to now, this organization has rewarded more than 45,000 young people who try to make the society better via their work and has trained more than 21,000 anti-bullying ambassadors.
Fighting bullying
Following their initial apparance and participation at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park 10km Summer Series-Race 1, Jessika and Jenifer Brening have confirmed that for the next 4 weeks, they will be taking part in various running events around Europe, raising money for anti-bullying causes. Their charity action is called #WhoWeAre, named after the Sanmarinese Eurovision song title.

Both girls (and especially Jessika who is also a teacher) are quite sensitized on such issues. The latter has reportedly taken part in a large number of anti-bullying campaigns which are aimed at reducing this dangerous school phenomenon.
The collected amount of money will be offered to the charity through a special #WhoWeAre run in this year’s Eurovision host city, Lisbon. The final event will be organized by 1in360, this year’s country’s national selection process, between 1 and 12 May.
Anyone can contribute
Everyone is invited to join the two girls in their effort and contribute in any possible way. Stay tuned for more details regarding the artists’ charity run at the official website of 1in360 in the following days.
