Over the last few weeks, the voting in the esctoday.com National Final Awards took place. More than twice as many people as last year took part in the voting and today it is time to reveal the results in the remaining three categories, the big ones. We start with Best performance not to qualify for Eurovision.

The esctoday.com National Final Award for Best performance goes to…

Eric Saade (Sweden)
for his performance of the song Manboy

Eric Saade took part in the Swedish national final with the song Manboy. He won the second semi final and finished third in the final.

This award is given out for the fifth time and it is the third time that this award is won by Sweden and it is also the second time that this award is won by a male soloist. Previously, it went to BWO (Sweden) in 2006, Mirela (Spain) in 2007, Sanna Nielsen (Sweden) in 2008 and Aleksandar Belov (FYR Macedonia) in 2009.

The full results in all categories will be revealed tomorrow. Later today, we will announce the winners in the remaining categories Best song and Best national final.
