Israel: Milim to be recorded in French

Harel Skaat, the 2010 Israeli representative, will record the French version of his entry Milim, news website Ynet reveals. The lyricist for the song will be Anne Marie David, who won the Eurovision Song Contest in 1973 for Luxembourg and also represented France in 1979.

It is expected that Harel Skaat will enter the studio in a few days to record the French version of his Eurovision entry. Anne Marie David, who will pen the lyrics of the song, had already publicly supported the Israeli singer last month, a few days before the national final Kdam took place on March 15th. Israel will compete at spot #3 in the second semifinal of the 2010 Eurovision Song Contest, to be held on May 27th in Oslo.
