The fifth-placing Swedish singer from Eurovision 2017, Robin Bengtsson, has released a new single entitled Day by day.

Day by day was written by Brandyn Burnette and Molly Moore and produced by Jimmy Jansson (competed in Melodifestivalen 2005 & 2007).

The piano was performed by Erik Segerstedt, who finished third in Melodifestivalen 2009 as part of E.M.D and competed again in 2013 alongside Tone Damli.

The backing vocals were also recorded by Robin Bengtsson and Robin Stjernberg, who represented Sweden at the Eurovision Song Contest 2013 and also co-wrote Bengtsson’s 2017 Eurovision entry, I can’t go on.

Sweden finished in fifth place at the final of the 2017 Eurovision Song Contest in the host city of Kyiv with Robin Bengtsson’s I can’t go on.
