By raising of the flags of the participating countries of the Eurovision Song Contest 2003, the so-called Euroweek has officially started!
Today at 13:00 (Latvian time) the flags of the participating countries were raised near the Skonto Hall.
The Latvian representatives, trio F.L.Y. were responsible for masting the flag of Latvia. The flags of other countries were raised by the Latvian hosts of the delegations of the participating countries.
