COLLECTIVE CATEGORIES
The following categories will honour the national finals as a whole. To reduce the effect that national finals that were watched by more people are more likely to get many votes, a new voting system for these categories is introuced this year.
A separate poll is launched for each of the respective five nominees of the following categories. You can rate each of the nominees giving points from 1 to 10. Therefore it is possible to skip those national finals you did not watch. As a result, it is no longer important how many people vote for a country but how popular it was among those who actually watched it.
