Today, a test-shoot of the Eurovision Song Contest flashmob dance at Oslo's Rådhusplassen, at 17:30 local time will take place today. Another city has been announced where a flashmmob will be: April 23rd, Düsseldorf's Burgplatz in Germany is the place to be!
"We want to share the Eurovision Song Contest, rather than just broadcast it. With 18,000 people live on location in Oslo dancing, plus video footage of large flash mob groups from ten major cities, the song, the movements, the arena, and all the cities will share a common musical experience together," says Peter Svaar, Head of Press for the 2010 Eurovision Song Contest on behalf of host broadcaster NRK.

On Friday, April 23rd, hundreds of dancers and Eurovision Song Contest fans are expected to show up at Düsseldorf's Burgplatz. More cities and dates are to be announced soon, as the Eurovision Song Contest flash mob team is expected to show up in nine more cities across Europe.
