Eurostars Loïc Nottet (Eurovision 2015) and Blanche (Eurovision 2017) are among the nominees for the D6bels Music Awards 2017.
The annual D6bels Music Awards are an initiative of French-Belgian (Walloon) broadcaster RTBF.
They celebrate the artistic talents of performers from the Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles, and specifically aim at highlighting French-speaking artists within Belgium.
And the nominees are…
For the 2017 edition of the D6bels Awards, Loïc Nottet and Blanche are nominated withing various categories.
Loïc Nottet is nominated for Best Male Solo Artist, Best Pop Act, Hit Of The Year (for Million eyes), Best Concert and Best Video Clip (for Doctor, directed by Leander Janssen Jr.).
Blanche is also nominated in the categories Best Pop Act and Hit Of The Year (for her Eurovision 2017 entry City lights), in addition to Revelation Of The Year.

The D6bels Music Awards 2017 gala will take place on Friday 26 January 2018, in the Média Rives studio in Liège (Luik), hosted by Joëlle Scoriels. The award show will also be broadcast live on TV on channel Les Deux.
Nominees at Eurovision
Loïc Nottet (Courcelles, 1996) represented Belgium at the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna Austria.
With his entry Rhythm inside, the artist eventually reached an honourable 4th place in the Grand Final, receiving 217 points.
Blanche (born Ellie Delvaux, Brussels, 1999) represented Belgium at the 2017 Eurovision Song Contest in Kyiv, Ukraine.
She ultimately also reached a respectable 4th place in the Grand Final, receiving 363 points with her song City lights.
