Tonight: National final in Greece

The Greek national final for the Eurovision Song Contest 2010 will be held tonight. Seven acts are going to compete for the ticket to Oslo.

The show

The show to be broadcast in Greece on NET and ERT World,also in Cyprus on RIK 1,will start at 21:00 CET (22:00 local time) and it will be hosted by Rika Vagiannis and Tzeni Balatsinou. Seven acts will present one song each and the winner will be chosen by a mixture of jury voting (50%) and televoting (50%). The show will feature as special guests this year's Cypriot and Bulgarian representatives and Katerine Avgoustakis.

In 2009, Greece was represented by Sakis Rouvas, who finished fourth in the second semi final and seventh in the final with his song This is our night. In 2010, the country will compete in the first semi final of the Eurovision Song Contest on 25th May.
