Time is changing for Nina

This release comes to add one more ambitious step to her already rich discography. Nina Badrić has been active for more than 20 years, as her very first public appearance took place in 1993, having released 7 personal albums and many more singles since. Following her establishment in the Balkan music scene, she has joined forces with many popular artists from all former Yugoslavian countries and beyond.

Her Mijenja se vrijeme entry is an up-tempo song with obvious Balkan elements. Both music and lyrics are written by the famous Croatian musician Predrag Martinjak.

Nina Badrić at Eurovision

In January 2012, the Croatian national broadcaster HRT announced that they had internally chosen the successful pop singer Nina Badrić to represent the nation at the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 that was going to be held in Baku, Azerbaijan.

Her proposed Eurovision entry Nebo (Heaven) was presented to the public one month later, in February. Nina went on to compete in Eurovision in May on behalf of Croatia. She participated in the second semi-final evening, but she failed to progress to the Grand Final, as she finished 12th with 42 points, just 3 points away from qualification.
