Daniel Diges is one of the 10 candidates competing in the forthcoming Spanish Eurovision national final 2010 Tu paí­s te necesita. Daniel will be competing with the song Algo pequeñito. Daniel is a well known Spanish artist having participated and appeared in many television series and theatrical musicals. He enjoys fame and name in Spain both as a singer and an actor.

Daniel has appeared on famous Spanish television series such as Ana y los siete, Hospital Central and Nada es para siempre. He has also participated in various musicals and theatrical plays, which have given the Spanish artist much exposure and recognition. He has also performed in the Spanish version of the world acclaimed musical High School Musical where he played the part of Troy Bolton. In 2009 he played Sky in Mamma Mia.

Daniel was born in 1981 in Alcalá de Henares, Madrid. He has studieddrama and arts at various drama and actingschools. Will he get the chanceto represent Spain at the forthcoming Eurovision Song Contest with the song Algo pequeñito? We will have to wait and see what happens at the Spanish Eurovision national final on Monday the 22nd of February. RTVE the Spanish national broadcaster is working to its utmost best in order to showcase an extraordinary show. The show will be aired at 22:30 CETon TVE1, TVE International and rtve.es, where 10 acts will battle for the golden ticket to Oslo.

Daniel placed 5th in the online preselection stage in Spain and therefore won a spot in the final.
