Spanish news web portal Vertele.com reports that Anne Igartiburu will have the honour of hosting the 2010 Spanish Eurovision national final. The website even mentions that the provisional date for the Spanish Eurovision 2010 national final Tu país te necesita has been set on Saturday the 20th of February. TVE, the Spanish national broadcaster is yet to confirm this information.

Anne Irgatiburu is a well known television presenter and celebrity in Spain. She has hosted famous Spanish television shows such as Mira quién baila and Corazón, aired on TVE1. Anne has connections with the Eurovision Song Contest as well, since she has been RTVE's spokesperson in several editions of the competition. She enjoys fame, name and recognition in Spain, and is among the most sought after television presenters in the country.

The 2010 Spanish entry will be determined by a 50/50 deliberation via televoting/professional jury.
